She first gained national recognition as ADA Abbie Carmichael on Law & Order (1998–2001), captivating audiences with her fierce intensity and unmistakable voice.
Before conquering crime dramas, Harmon was discovered by none other than David Hasselhoff during her successful modeling career. That encounter led to her first major acting role on Baywatch Nights (1995–1997), launching a new chapter in her career. She later starred in Women’s Murder Club (2007–2008) and became a household name once again as Detective Jane Rizzoli on the fan-favorite series Rizzoli & Isles (2010–2016).
