Brandi Passante became a household name through her role on A&E’s Storage Wars, where she appeared for 15 seasons alongside her longtime partner, Jarrod Schulz. The two shared not only the screen but also a life together, raising their two children.
Their relationship came to an end after Season 12 wrapped in 2018, with the split being publicly confirmed during the Season 13 premiere in April 2021. Not long after, Schulz was charged with domestic violence battery following an incident at a bar in Orange County. Passante later implied that this was not an isolated episode of abuse.
As a single mother, Passante has faced significant personal challenges. Both of her children have dealt with serious health conditions—her daughter Payton was born deaf and with a cleft palate, while her son Cameron required treatment for a kidney disorder. In addition, Passante herself lives with Hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune condition that affects the thyroid and contributes to her distinctively raspy voice.
